How does it work?

The XMOSQUITO™ system is designed to dispense a natural pyrethrum-based insecticide over a determined area through a misting line comprised of tubing, nozzles and risers. The spray duration, frequency, and timing are controlled by an electronic mechanism. The misting system has four operation modes allowing for total control or total hands-free operation. Whenever needed, the homeowner's or client's facility is completely protected, at the push of a button.

What is Pyrethrum?

The XMOSQUITO™ System mists a specially formulated natural pyrethrum-based insecticide, derived from dried flowers of a species of Chrysanthemum.  The pyrethrum-based insecticide is effective and breaks down completely leaving no residual.  Research suggest that for centuries, natural pyrethrum has been used, and continues to be effective in present times, suggesting minimal resistance.
